核心原则：本地优先

本扩展是一款「本地优先」的 RSS 阅读与翻译工具。你的订阅源、文章内容、阅读记录和所有配置默认全部保存在你自己的浏览器中（通过 Chrome 的 storage 与本地存储），不会上传到我们的任何服务器——事实上，本扩展没有任何自有服务器。

我们收集的数据

我们（扩展开发者）不收集、不存储、不传输你的任何个人数据。扩展没有分析统计（analytics）、没有埋点、没有远程日志。

数据存储在哪里

以下数据仅保存在你本地浏览器中：

• 你添加的 RSS/订阅源地址
• 抓取到的文章内容与阅读状态
• 你的设置（翻译目标语言、主题、刷新间隔等）
• 你填写的第三方 AI 服务 API Key

这些数据你可以随时通过删除扩展或清除浏览器数据来彻底移除。

数据会发送到哪些第三方

为实现功能，扩展会在你操作时向以下第三方发起请求。这些数据不经过我们，直接从你的浏览器发往对应服务：

1. RSS/网站源：为抓取文章，扩展会访问你所订阅的网站地址。此访问需要你在弹窗中主动授予对应网站的访问权限（可选权限，optional_host_permissions）。
2. AI 翻译 / 摘要服务（由你自行配置）：当你使用翻译或 AI 功能时，扩展会把待翻译的文章文本和你配置的 API Key 发送到你所选择的服务商，包括但不限于：
   • OpenAI (api.openai.com)
   • DeepSeek (api.deepseek.com)
   • Google Gemini (generativelanguage.googleapis.com)
   • 火山方舟 / 豆包 (ark.cn-beijing.volces.com)
   • 本地 Ollama (localhost，完全离线)
   这些数据的处理受你所选服务商各自的隐私政策约束，与本扩展无关。你可以选择本地 Ollama 实现完全离线的翻译。
3. X (Twitter)：若你订阅 X 账号，扩展会读取你浏览器中 x.com 的登录 Cookie（ct0），并以你的登录身份直接向 X 官方接口（x.com）请求推文。Cookie 仅在本地读取用于向 X 发起认证请求，不会被发送到 X 以外的任何地方，也不会被我们收集。此功能需要你主动授予对 x.com 的访问权限。

儿童隐私

本扩展不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童信息。

政策变更

如本政策更新，我们会修改本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。

Core principle: local-first

This is a local-first RSS reading and translation tool. Your feeds, article content, reading history, and all settings are stored entirely within your own browser by default (via Chrome storage and local storage). Nothing is uploaded to our servers — in fact, this extension has no server of its own.

Data we collect

We (the extension developer) do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. There is no analytics, no telemetry, and no remote logging.

Where your data is stored

The following is stored only in your local browser:

• The RSS/feed URLs you add
• Fetched article content and read status
• Your settings (target language, theme, refresh interval, etc.)
• Any third-party AI API keys you enter

You can remove all of it at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing your browser data.

Third parties your data may be sent to

To function, the extension makes requests to the following third parties when you act. This data does not pass through us; it goes directly from your browser to the respective service:

1. RSS / websites: To fetch articles, the extension accesses the sites you subscribe to. This requires you to explicitly grant access to each site (optional host permissions).
2. AI translation / summarization services (configured by you): When you use translation or AI features, the extension sends the article text to be translated and your configured API key to the provider you choose, including but not limited to OpenAI, DeepSeek, Google Gemini, Volcengine Ark, and local Ollama (fully offline). Processing of this data is governed by each provider's own privacy policy and is outside our control. You may use local Ollama for fully offline translation.
3. X (Twitter): If you subscribe to an X account, the extension reads your x.com login cookie (ct0) from your browser and requests tweets from X's official endpoints using your logged-in identity. The cookie is read locally solely to authenticate requests to X; it is never sent anywhere other than X, and is never collected by us. This requires you to explicitly grant access to x.com.

This extension is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top.
